Silver mirrors use chemical plating methods. The glass surface is first plated with silver to form a reflective film, then plated with a copper protective film, and then the first layer of protective paint and the second layer of protective paint film are applied. The entire production process is completed in one go using a fully automatic production line. The length of the production line is about 240 meters. The glass is fed from the glass to the loading end, where it is polished and cleaned, sensitized, silver-plated, copper-plated, painted, baked, then painted, and baked again. , cleaning, coding, and testing are fully automated to complete the production of silver-coated glass mirrors at one time, and the silver mirror plates coming out of the outlet can be packaged. We have strict requirements on product quality and have complete inspection equipment and dedicated inspection laboratories
