Tempered glass is subdivided into curved glass.Through the high temperature (650 ºC, the beginning of softening) and quenching, the internal molecular structure of the glass undergoes a great change, so the formation of the surface layer has a uniformly strong compressive stress, the internal has a uniformly strong tensile stress, so that the mechanical strength of the glass is increased several times, the formation of curved steel glass.
 

Features:

- Safety: when the glass is damaged by external force, the fragments will turn into small blunt particles similar to honeycomb, which is not easy to cause harm to the human body. High strength: the impact strength of tempered glass is 3 to 3 times that of ordinary glass.
