Copper Free Mirror

1.Our Copper and Lead free silver mirror is also called environmentally friendly silver mirror. The mirror is created by depositing a layer of silver mirror on the glass,which is then treated and covered with one or more coats of highly resistant protective paint.

2.The maximum size of our silver mirror is 3660MM*2600MM. We are one of the very few manufacturers in China that can produce such a large size. The maximum size of most silver mirror production lines is 2440MM*3660MM.
 
3.The entire production process is completed in one go using a fully automatic production line. The length of the production line is about 240 meters. The glass is fed from the glass to the loading end, where it is polished and cleaned, sensitized, silver-plated, painted, baked, then painted, and baked again. , cleaning, coding, and testing are fully automated to complete the production of silver-coated glass mirrors at one time, and the silver mirror plates coming out of the outlet can be packaged. We have strict requirements on product quality and have complete inspection equipment and dedicated inspection laboratories.
