Our Silver Mirror is made of high quality clear,tinted and low iron glass with Italy Fenzi paint. As the largest silver mirror manufacturer in China, we have 2 silver mirror lines with an annual output of 16 million square meters. The products are mainly exported to the United States, Europe, Australia, South Korea, etc., and are generally well received by customers.
Silver mirrors use chemical plating methods. The glass surface is first plated with silver to form a reflective film, then plated with a copper protective film, and then the first layer of protective paint and the second layer of protective paint film are applied. The entire production process is completed in one go using a fully automatic production line. The length of the production line is about 240 meters. The glass is fed from the glass to the loading end, where it is polished and cleaned, sensitized, silver-plated, copper-plated, painted, baked, then painted, and baked again. , cleaning, coding, and testing are fully automated to complete the production of silver-coated glass mirrors at one time, and the silver mirror plates coming out of the outlet can be packaged.
